Refund policy
PLEASE EMAIL find@findingjuly.ca before shipping back your order!
Finding July accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days from the initial receipt of merchandise. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back to Finding July within this 14 day period.
REFUNDS are not permitted on the following items:
- Merchandise purchased with promo codes
- Sale merchandise
- Accessories
- Pre-order styles
- Influencer capsule collectionsÂ
Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations, odors and damages, with all tags attached. Merchandise returned without original brand tags and packaging are subject to refusal or a restocking fee.
If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can quickly resolve the issue. We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, including but not limited to, dry cleaning, washing or wear.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. www.findingjuly.ca is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit.
Initial shipping and handling charges ($9.95) are non-refundable on all orders, including orders that received free shipping.
Once your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification. Please note: Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account.
